Very seldom I see a Starling these days in my part of London . . decades ago they were everywhere.

@Devi: Never as far as I cam recall . . in fact, I've seen only about a dozen starlings in London over the last ten years or more !

@B. Thomas: The flocks shift depending on food availability and the presence of predators, I suppose. Same has happened with sparrows which I rarely see these days.
